Congratulations to Marc Pallozzi on successfully drafting and arguing an appeal before the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, Third Department. The Court unanimously held that a Town cannot deny liability for a person who trips and falls on improperly maintained areas adjacent to a roadway. This successful appeal will allow our client the opportunity to seek compensation for her injuries as a result of the negligence of the Town.
