All Criminal Charges Against Anthony Gucciardo, the Capital Region’s Leading Real Estate Broker, Have Been Dismissed
Watervliet, NY – All criminal charges filed in the Watervliet City Court against Anthony Gucciardo by his ex-fiancé and his ex-fiancé’s mother, including stalking, harassment, aggravated harassment, and falsely reporting an incident, have now been dismissed.
This result came after a nearly eight-month legal battle during which Mr. Gucciardo steadfastly maintained his innocence.
“2020 was a very difficult year and, in particular, these charges directly impacted me and my business,” said Gucciardo. “Additionally, we were all dealing with the daily impact of COVID, and sadly, I recently lost a loved one to cancer. This was all very tough, but I remained focused on staying positive and looked forward to a happier 2021 where I could continue to be a leader in the Capital Region real estate market.”
Anthony Gucciardo has been a licensed Realtor for 19 years and is proud of his reputation as a successful business owner that treats staff like family. Gucciardo Real Estate Group employs nearly 20 staff, 14 of which are women, and Mr. Gucciardo has never had any criminal allegations made against him by employees, clients, or past partners. “I genuinely appreciate the support of the community and the hundreds of clients who trusted me with their homes this year, despite the cloud of suspicion that loomed from this unfortunate situation and the resulting media coverage,” said Gucciardo.
